TO TELL THE TRUTH

Do you ever find yourself being afraid to tell a client the truth? Do you fear telling them that the price has increased, the delivery is postponed, the program has changed or you can't provide what was originally promised? Do you sometimes tell people what they WANT to hear instead of what they NEED to hear?
